Winter gaming
« on: December 06, 2016, 01:50:50 PM »
Do y'all find that all of the December holidays puts your games on hiatus, or does the onset of Winter mean people like to stay in and allows you more gaming time? I seem to experience a bit of both.

November to December kills it, then it comes back to life after the new year.  The real killer, though, is trying to match up each player's schedule with everyone else's...  Including mine!  Marriage, children, and our busy, modern lives, all makes it quite the challenge.  Cheers!

+1 with the above. From Tgiving to New Year's its off schedule. Oh, we can get some gaming in to be sure, but its usually on-the-fly and not scheduled. We're doing nothing, our friends are (at the moment) doing nothing, quick...get in a game! :)

The holidays turn my work schedule upside-down, which turns my free time upside-down and leaves me hardly any time to write.  :-\
