The PDF is available now.
The PoD in premium color will be available in a month or so.
The PoD is not detached cover, and has a slightly different layout because there is no option for detached covers or printing maps on the inside of the cover.

I'll start by saying that I don't own any 5e books, nor have I played this rules set yet.

How difficult is it to convert a 5e module back to AD&D rules set?

1e has always been my preferred version.
The module looks interesting, but I am concerned that it would be very clunky to try to convert levels, spells, HP, etc.

LToFE has dual stats for OSR (including 1e) and 5e. There might be a couple of places where I didn't explicitly state the OSR equivalent of a 5e mechanic, but I think I got most of them.

Ok here is an example of how i converted the stats to my 1e/2e AD&D campaign:

Note: I am sure one will still adjust the stats to accommodate the strength, skills & levels of the player characters, such as i did:

Room #3 in Reathe Iturth:

Cultist Enforcer:
HP: 48 ;  Plate Mail under robe: AC 3 ;  Level/HD 4+2 ; Movement: 30 ft melee, 60 ft normal
Alignment: Lawful Evil ;
Saving Throws (as Cleric): PPD: 9 , PP: 12, RSW: 13, BW: 15, S: 14
Saving Throws (as Fighter): PPD: 13, PP:  14, RSW: 15, BW:  16, S: 16
STR: 15 DEX: 14 CON: 11 INT: 13 WIS: 12  CHA: 10
THAC0 (Both Cleric & Fighter at Level 4): 18

Weapons:
Long Sword: 1d8 S/M or 1d12 L Weapon Speed: 5 (The specialized weapon if you chose the Fighter Class)
Dagger:  1d4 S/M or 1d3 L Weapon Speed: 2

+2 on 'To Hits' or "Saving Throws", due to 'Linking' ability.

No Spells

Note: if you have the Enforcer as a Fighter class you can use the 3/2 attack below, also you gain +1 'To Hit' & +2 'To Damage'.
This means that your total, 'To Hit' Probability can increase to a +3 due to the 'Linking' Ability.

You could have it that the enforcer specializes in the Long Sword thus giving him/her 3 attacks every 2 rounds.

Here is an article about using Lost Temple of Forgotten Evil in a 1e campaign
